Why do you tattoo/pierce?
"I tattoo because it is art for the people. Tattoos cross all social, economic and cultural lines. Anyone can get a tattoo and carry it with them for the rest of their lives, unlike a painting that hangs on a wall in some elitest gallery. Plus, I enjoy making someone happy when I can draw what they are imagining and hopefully exceed their expectations."

What are your inspirations?
"Artists that have influenced me are Egon Schiele, Sam Kieth, Odd Nerdrum, Neal Adams, and all of Art History in general."

What do you have done?
"I have 5/8" stretched lobes. I was inspired by the fact that every culture historically (except for Europe) has an earlobe stretching tradition."

Any other hobbies, interests or anything at all?
"In my spare time I like to draw, listen to music, ride my bike, and sleep. I have a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University in Art History with a minor is sculpture and a minor in furniture design."
