After graduating from Babson College, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics, Bart attended Hofstra University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree. Bart has served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ralph L. DeLuccia, Jr., J.S.C. in Passaic County. As an associate with Frieri & Conroy, Bart will continue to concentrate his practice areas in commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation and transactions, bankruptcy and matrimonial law.

Bart is licensed to practice in Federal Court and New Jersey and New York State Court.
