- Training and guidance to Consultant in use of techniques to raise equity capital using SCOR (Simplified Corporate Offering Registration) program which simplifies the procedures, at minimal cost enabling an enterprise to raise $1,000,000 in any one year by offering free-trading stock to the public. Over $150,000,000 has been raised by this method since its inception. Collateral to repay the investment may make it easier to obtain investors.
- Preparation of a business and/or loan proposal for presentation to prospective funder.
- Agreements and all necessary forms which have been prepared by an attorney at considerable expense, are available for you to use for your transactions.
- Advertising program used successfully to obtain a large number of prospects for this service is available for your immediate use.
- Unlimited assistance in closing any and all transactions such as: discussions with Consultant, Client, prospective funders and other parties participating in the transaction.
- Locating a rated financial institution offering the collateral required by funder.
- Fiduciary, at transaction closing, pays any commissions agreed to by client directly to you at closing of transaction which insures that you will be paid for your services.
- Locating a company that is able to provide a Surety Bond to guarantee payments of interest or principal of loan for periods up to 10 years in the event of default by borrower.
- Access to a database of worldwide contacts such as venture capital firms, small business investment companies, banks, equipment lessors, factors and finance companies. We attempt to match your client's needs with appropriate funders that may want to provide needed capital by lending or equity funding. We base our selection on: the amount of capital required, type of industry, and location.
- "Worldwide Money and Finance", a book providing a wealth of information. relative to financing a business. This book is provided FREE to any Enrolled Consultant. A book similar to this one might retail for as much as $125.00.
